Joe Burrow makes an unreal comeback
The Bengals quarterback started his career in 2020. He was Cincinnati’s first overall pick of that year’s draft. After an impressive football career at LSU, everyone knew that Joe Burrow was destined for greatness. He was the only rookie from his draft class who started a game in the first week of the season. The Bengals have always had a lot of faith in the young quarterback.
In November, Burrow’s first season was sadly cut short. In the Week 11 game against the Washington Football Team, Burrow hurt his ACL and MCL of his left knee. The injury was pretty brutal, and it put the QB out of commission. It was expected that Burrow would be sidelined for at least a year. But he made a superhuman recovery and came back better than ever.
Burrow returned to the field on Week 1 of the 2021 season. With each progressing week, we saw the quarterback improve. In the past season, his every performance was better than the last. That is the reason why the Bengals are in the Super Bowl after 34 years.
