LeBron James following MJ’s path?

In an entertaining conversation, LeBron admitted that his tryst with playing the sport hasn’t disappeared yet. Even as he nears the end of his athletic career, the big baller still has the ‘itch to play.’ All the watching and rooting for his favorite NFL players every weekend has got him romanticizing his love for the game yet again.

However, LeBron had other plans. If I was in the red zone, especially in the red zone. One-on-one… me out there with one of those small lil’ cornerbacks. Just throw it up, just throw it up,” said Lebron.

King James definitely has the hand-eye coordination for the role of  WR, but he isn’t really known to be a shifty asset on the court. He might have been just a little extra confident about his abilities. It probably is excusable, when you’re in your 20th NBA season and have his magnitude.

A LeBron cameo on any team would take the NFL by storm. He would also join Michael Jordan’s league of being a two-sport pro-athlete.

Fellow LA athlete gives Bron a reality check

LA Rams’ cornerback Jalen Ramsey was also in attendance. He was quick to call out the NBA superstar for his comment. He let Bron know that it’s not as easy as it looks like on TV. Ramsey said LeBron didn’t stand a chance against him. “Bron has no chance, I ain’t gonna lie to you ‘Bron,’ They be saying you’re a red zone threat? Bron, you would’ve got strapped. I would’ve put them paws on him at the line”. To which Bron retaliated, saying, “I would’ve mossed you”.

As both sports are completely different in their conduct, one can’t really pick who’d win the contest between James and Ramsey. Though it’s a different sport altogether, LeBron’s athletic abilities would have made him fair pretty well even on a football field. He might be no Odell Beckham Jr, but he could definitely make for his deputy.
