Gisele Bündchen didn’t argue much with her ex-husband, Tom Brady. But whenever an argument did arise, she had a trick up her sleeve to deal with her anger issues. And she talked about it in great detail in her memoir.

“I’ve mostly learned to pause and reflect before speaking. Tom and I don’t argue much, but sometimes, when I feel anger rising in me- growing, growing-I become aware of what’s going on. Instead of reacting in a way I’ll regret later, I remember to breathe. Then I’ll tell Tom it’s better if we talk later and I leave the room,” Bündchen explained in ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life’.

The supermodel also reflected on one single reason she is able to control her anger. And she credits the practice of meditation for it.

“Meditation has been key in helping me with my own reactivity,” she further added.

Anger and frustration affect everyone differently. For NFL great Tom Brady, it often brought out the best in him. And during the 2022 regular season, the New Orleans Saints learned it the hard way. Not once, but twice.

During their week two encounter, the Saints frustrated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense for most of the game. And by the third quarter, the Bucs QB Brady lost it. He slammed a tablet on the sidelines and then also started a brawl. But he then orchestrated one of his famous fourth-quarter comebacks to win it 20-10.
