Lamar Jackson backs Kodak Black to win a Grammy this year
Kodak Black, despite delivering multiple hits, is yet to win a Grammy this season. This fact could soon change as his ‘Haitian Boy Kodak’ might get nominated for Best Rap Album and Album of the Year at the Grammys. He can also be possibly nominated for Record of the Year, Best Melodic Rap Performance, Best Music Video, Best Rap Song, Best Rap Performance. and Song of the Year categories.
To make this possibility a reality, audience appreciation is very much integral. Hence, Kodak took to Twitter to ask his followers to vote for him in the relevant categories. His best friend soon joined the wagon and retweeted his plea with the rocket emojis, signifying that Kodak’s entries will go to the moon, i.e. win.

Earlier this year, Kodak Black took to Instagram to share his deal with Lamar Jackson with the world. In the now-deleted post, the Florida-based rapper promises to bring a Grammy home provided Lamar wins the Super Bowl this season. Lamar replied to this with crossed fingers.
“Bring The Super Bowl Back To The City This Year & Ima Bring A Grammy,” Kodak’s caption read. Jackson replied with two emojis: crossed fingers and a rocket ship. If this happens, Kodak Black will certainly talk about this in his next song, and why shouldn’t he? After all, they literally talked it into existence!
