The Chargers hopeful of Keenan Allen’s return
Keenan Allen sustained a hamstring injury in the week one clash with the Las Vegas Raiders. He returned for the week seven game against the Seattle Seahawks, but it aggravated his injury in the bye week that followed. So now, the coaching team may be a little cautious with his return.
The Chargers have listed Allen questionable for the game against the Chiefs with fellow wide receiver Mike Williams, who missed the last two games due to an ankle injury.

“I’m pretty sure, 100 percent sure. I’m 100 percent sure … we’ll see what the coaches want to do,” Allen said on the question about him playing on Sunday. He had missed the previous game against the Chiefs, which the Chargers lost in game week two. The veteran WR would love to help his team extract revenge and keep their season going.

The Chiefs, their opponents for Sunday, are dominating the AFC West and have won 7 out of the nine games they have played. To stand a chance of outscoring the team led by Patrick Mahomes, they need every offensive weapon firing.
