Travis Kelce, the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, has accomplished a great deal on the field, including winning his second ring. Kelce has obviously been celebrating his wins like the champion he is. However, winning such accolades makes one wonder who Kelce would be celebrating such special moments with. His teammate Mahomes has his wife and his two beautiful children. It seems like Kelce will be enjoying single life right now. The tight end and his ex-girlfriend’s relationship ended even before the season began. However, no one had expected this as the Kelce-Kayla relationship had begun with so much excitement.

The duo’s relationship had begun with a lot of excitement, at least for Kayla. The YouTuber went on to speak about how the relationship began between the two. She specifically spoke about the reason behind her hesitation in making the first move.

While the public had seen the relationship have some rocky phases, the relationship also got off to a rocky start. While on the Realtionsh*t podcast, Kayla reveals how she was hesitant to even start talking to Kelce.

She mentioned that she was coming out of a precarious situation in terms of her love life, and it presented an obstacle in her path. She went on to say, ” I wasn’t playing I wasn’t doing that.. that’s I was, I just came out of like a really jacked up relationship bad breakup.” via the Relationsh*t podcast.

She explained that she had decided that she was going to take a hiatus from dating and being involved. There was also a specific mention that she wanted to stay away from athletes. However, the tables had turned a lot quicker than one would have expected as there was an interesting twist in the Kelce-Kayla tale.

While she had made it clear that she was going to wait for Kelce to talk to her, Kayla ended up being the one who reached out to Kelce. She mentioned that she got advice from one of her friends about just taking the step of hitting him up. Kayla went on to message Kelce after New Year’s and they soon began talking. In the end, she seemed to have gotten over her fear and her residual negative emotions from the past.

Ultimately, the relationship between Kelce and Kayla did go up in flames. However, before it did, Kayla went on to overcome her fear of reaching out to Kelce to initiate contact and ultimately their relationship.
