The Kansas City Chiefs have risen from the ashes to conquer the AFC West table with a seven-game winning streak. Their recent matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers resulted in an overtime drama that Travis Kelce took over in the end. Wide receiver Tyreek Hill also contributed his fair share during the 28-34 win Thursday night.
The Chiefs were considered dead and buried mid-October by many analysts and fans. However, the Chiefs have proved that they are the same team that has been to the Super Bowl for the previous two seasons. And with the Thursday night win, Tyreek Hill slapped the thought on Twitter that being hated is the best way to fuel encouragement.

Wideout Tyreek Hill replied to Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant‘s tweet following his win, agreeing with him. He wrote although love is great, it is hate that brings the best of them. And that he values hate more than love. “Knew I needed love but I think I value the hate more….” Kevin wrote.

To which Hill replied that there is nothing else in the world that can fuel one than hatred. “Fuels you so differently brother,” Tyreek tweeted. Indirectly, referring to the time when the Chiefs were so vulnerable and criticized by everyone for losing their form earlier this season.

Tyreek Hill, along with Travis Kelce, set the Chargers on fire as they had a terrific receiving partnership. Hill finished the Week 15 matchup by covering 148 yards in 12 receptions and a touchdown with an average of 12.3 yards per carry.

The Chiefs have done an impressive job by picking themselves up through the times of adversity and paved the way to the top of the table with a respectable 10-4 record. They look very stable now offensively and defensively, so much so that they can even go to the AFC championship game for the fourth consecutive time.
