Dallas Cowboys owner and GM Jerry Jones might be spiraling down a deep hole of his own making. Jones was recently seen slipping up and discussing the franchise’s plans to move out of making dangerous picks. His comments garnered a strong response from NFL HOFer turned analyst, Shannon Sharpe. Sharpe has provided continuous critique on the functioning of the Cowboys. Needless to say that culture is set from the top, and the buck stops at Jerry Jones.

Sharpe makes a valid point while discussing his statements claiming that Jones has rarely traded up during NFL Drafts.
