Tom Brady might have retired, but his 2 decades of experience still surpasses anyone in the game. He is the perfect example of dedication and hard work. He built himself from the ground up and achieved more than any other player. We have heard time and time again about his journey and how he fought every obstacle thrown in his way. Brady was drafted as the 199th pick in the 2000 draft as the quarterback of the New England Patriots. But we knew that already. So, why does he keep bringing it up?
No one in history has had a disappointing draft pick than Brady. Every once in a while, rookies face a similar experience to Brady’s disappointing pick. Will Levis, drafted rookie QB for the Tennessee Titans, had a breakdown during this year’s draft. He pulled through and had the opportunity to talk game with Brady.

Will Levis’ draft pick expectation was very high this year. But the outcomes weren’t so great when he was not selected in the first round. He seemed very upset, as one should be, and on the verge of tears. But fortunately for the rookie QB, he was selected the next day for the Titans. Brady took his time meeting up with the rookie, but when he did, he did his wisdom to share. Brady took part in the lunch at fanatic CEO Michael Rubin’s house.
Will Levis was accompanied by Bryce Young, CJ Stroud, and Anthony Richardson in the lunch. They all met with the GOAT to discuss career goals and business ventures. They all missed their NFLPA rookie event just to show up at the lunch. Brady spoke with the rookies for a long period of time to teach them about the required consistency and dedication to keep up. Brady further added how he didn’t just give up after winning a couple of Super Bowls. His pure dedication kept him going from the
last pick to being the GOAT of the NFL.

Tom Brady’s consistency beats the tradition
Pre-retirement Brady was the oldest active player in the NFL. He didn’t just play the game but dominated it. He went against the most ruthless players out there and still made history. From the 2 decades of experience, his wisdom is the most valuable one. He was heard saying in the video, “I was drafted, you know 199, I just outlasted everybody.” And added “How do I keep on my edge on everybody? I had to keep working. I didn’t go “Hey! I am good. I won three Super Bowls.” When he spoke, the whole room listened.

The drafted rookies have more things to learn than anyone and who is it better to teach them than the GOAT himself?
