Burrow was back on the field 19 days after the procedure. He wore his orange jersey finally and participated in the drills. Although he had just recovered from a surgery, he surprised all his teammates when he not only stayed in the seven-on-seven period but also threw ten passes against the starters and the backups.
His teammates and coaching staff did not see any difference in his performance. Middle linebacker Logan Wilson said, “He didn’t look any different.”

However, losing to the Rams hit him hard, as the young QB shared a picture on his Instagram story while he practiced with Jordan Palmer in the off-season. Onlookers noticed that he was using something special during his training period.
