For the past few days, Tom Brady and Josh Allen have caught the attention of fans with their crazy trash-talking abilities. Just before the NFL season kick starts, both of them will face each other on the golf course. As a result, Allen has come up with a new analogy/nickname for the veteran quarterbacks, Tom Brady, and Aaron Rodgers.

Apart from Tom Brady and Josh Allen, the Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes and Green Bay Packers Aaron Rodgers will accompany the duo on the golf field. The exhibition match will witness a face-off between two generations, with Brady and Rodgers on one side while Allen and Mahomes on the other.
Josh Allen has three words for the veteran quarterbacks Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers
On April 17th, the line-ups for “The Match”, an exhibition event, were announced. Tom Brady was the first person who took to Twitter to disclose the event. Instantly, Brady started trolling Josh Allen, who happens to be an amateur golfer.
Brady shared a photoshopped image of his son holding a golf stick. The image was cleverly edited with a helmet placed on his son’s head and had a Bills logo over it. “An artist rendering of me watching Josh Allen’s approach after laying up on a par 4” Brady tweeted by sharing the image. Reverting with similar savagery, Josh Allen called the Brady-Rodgers duo “2 old Bulls”.

According to the Bills reporter, Katherine Fitzgerald, the Buffalo Bills quarterback recently called Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers “The Gray Beards”. The 25-year-old doesn’t seem to stop unless he defeats the veterans of the golf field. This year’s celebrity fundraising event is scheduled to take place at the Wynn Golf Club at Wynn Las Vegas on June 1.
Last year the event was organized at The Reserve at Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Mont. where Aaron Rodgers and Bryson DeChambeau defeated Tom Brady and Phil Mickelson, 3 and 2 in the fourth (2021) edition of the event. This time the elite QBs are teaming up to take on the young quarterbacks.
What happens when the elites meet the youngsters in a different arena?
As a teammate on the golf field, Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady have a significant experience advantage. The 38-year-old Rodgers is listed as 4.6 handicapped by the Wisconsin State Golf Association. Similarly, Brady has recorded an 8.1 handicap before the last year’s match. However, Josh Allen’s golf partner Patrick Mahomes has a different opinion on the matter.

While talking to NFL Network’s James Palmer, Mahomes said that his pair’s relative youthfulness will have its advantages. Mahomes and his partner Allen’s combined age is nearly 51 as compared to the veteran QB’s 82. With so much hype and trash-talking involved, it will be a great sight to watch these top-tier QBs take on each other on a golf course.
