Placekicker Robbie Gould has maintained his perfect record in the postseason. His confidence and experience backed the Niners to a 13-10 win in the end. And as they defeated the NFC leaders, Jimmy Garoppolo couldn’t help but express his instinctive appreciation for the veteran kicker. “You’re a f*cking legend man. F*cking the Packers,” Garoppolo said to Gould after winning the game.

The 39-year-old kicker ended the game with two field goals and one extra point, giving the Niners a seven-point boost. The Niners had a slow start to the game. quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo was sacked multiple times, the ball got overturned many times, but they started to get things in place during the second half of the game.

The Packers’ failed punt

The Green Bay Packers took the lead early on in the game but could not maintain it in the second half. The Niners started to make a comeback after Jordan Willis blocked a Packers punt and rookie safety Talanoa Hufanga carried it to the end zone for a touchdown.

The Niners soon tied the game in 10-10. And then came the last-second field goal by Robbie Gould to seal the win in a dramatic fashion. It was a shocking night for the Packers. None of the fans in the field had anticipated the outcome, yet they were very much forced to face it in the end.
