While on the other side, Aaron Rodgers, who is coming off after an international loss against the Giants in London, will look forward to securing a win to keep their playoff aspirations alive.

Wilson had recently spoken about his intentions to play Rodgers on Sunday. He couldn’t stop fanboying the veteran quarterback whom he admired since childhood. “As long as I can remember playing football, I was a big fan,’’ Wilson said of Rodgers.

“We didn’t have an NFL team in Utah, so I wouldn’t say I was a Packers fan, but I was just an Aaron Rodgers fan. I grew up watching him. He was the quarterback I tried to replicate and steal things from. I like the way he plays the game,’’ he added.

The Packers QB is playing in the 18th NFL season of his career. No wonder, he has seen several athletes making a career out of this league. Wilson, in the interview, revealed that he followed Rodgers since he was 13. When asked what skills he acquired from the quarterback, he listed them all one by one.

“A little bit of everything. He’s extremely accurate underneath.” Wilson said. “The way he’s able to place the ball, and you see his completion percentage, how he takes care of the ball, and then he’s able to be that athletic, scramble-type quarterback a little bit, off-schedule, being able to create plays out of nothing while protecting himself,” he added.
