With one game left to go in the regular season, the Cowboys fate rests in their own hands. Franchise owner Jerry Jones heaped praise on his team’s secondary who have improved over the last four weeks. Here’s what he said on a recent weekly appearance on a radio show.
“I think our coaches (have) learned about some of the good things that each player brings to the table. I really do. And I think we’re incorporating that, and that’s how you’re seeing some of those turnovers,” Jones said on The Fan via Jon Machota.
The Cowboys are unbeaten in their last four league outings. They are on a 5-9 record but could still win their division by beating rivals New York Giants in Week 17. They will be guaranteed the NFC East crown if Washington Football Team loses to the Eagles. Who do you think will win the NFC East? Tell us in the comments below.
