Jameis Winston has really become a popular figure for his unconventional fitness routines over his seven-year pro football career. He was the first overall choice in the 2015 NFL Draft; leaving out Florida State to fight for his dreams in the NFL.
The former Tampa Bay QB attended Florida State’s commencement on Friday in April 2022 to get his diploma. On March 21, Winston agreed to a two-year, $28 million agreement. Furthermore, Winston will be in his third season in New Orleans, having spent his first 5 years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The tweet mentions, “Jameis Winston workouts never disappoint.”
The workout regime of Jameis Winston divides fans
While the quote looks more like a quip, the NFL fans on Twitter left no moment to comment on the procedure. While this rather intrigued some fans with the method, not all of them look very impressed with it. The issue with this drill, according to a follower, would be that he understands the opponent is attempting to recover the ball. Strip turnovers occur when the quarterback is caught off guard.
The problem with this drill is he knows the dude is trying to strip the ball. Strip fumbles happen because the QB isn’t expecting it.
