The Los Angeles Rams have been stealing the hearts of fans in the SoFi Stadium for years now. But recently, a new set of Rams is slowly becoming a crowd favorite; the Mariachi Rams. Performing on the stage in the Northwest corner of SoFi since 2019, the band has grown a cult following. A Ram’s game is incomplete without the Mariachi Rams. LA Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey has recently developed a liking towards the Mariachi Rams. The band likes him too.

The Mariachi Rams performed ‘I got five on it!’ in their flavor on week 9, and the crowd loved it. Near the midfield stood Ramsey with a grin on his face. He watched the band performing in his jersey. The song they performed is Ramsey’s favorite Hip-hop song.
“The energy was amazing, and in that moment I just wanted to be like, ‘Yeah, what’s up? Get turnt up!'” said Ramsey, “That was something that was super special and personal that they did.”
When the band ended their 60-second performance, Jalen waved his hands and nodded his head in appreciation. Maybe this is what inspired him to beat the Tennessee Titans that day.
“We wanted him to actually know that we were doing it for him,” one of the members of Mariachi Rams, Jesse Hernandez said, “Jalen is the man. He’s our buddy.”

The biggest fan of the Mariachi Rams is Jalen Ramsey, without a doubt. Ever since he played his first game for the Rams, he’s been a fan.
“It was a star-studded event like I had never experienced in my NFL career yet,” said Ramsey. “Then there was a mariachi band, and it was something that was super unique, and I knew obviously, it was something that was specifically unique to the LA Rams because we didn’t have that in Jacksonville.”
The Mariachi Rams have become a cultural phenomenon in a Rams game. Any LA Rams match is incomplete without the band.
