Veteran NFL quarterback Carson Wentz endured a tough outing in the league this season. Wentz threw for 2,600+ passing yards with 16 touchdowns against 15 interceptions as the Philadelphia Eagles finished at the bottom of the NFC East with a 4-11 record.
He was so poor towards the end of the season that rookie Jalen Hurts was allowed to see out the season while Wentz dropped to the bench.
The former Alabama and Oklahoma man did show flashes of brilliance in the limited opportunities that were granted to him. Hurts threw for 1,000+ yards with 6 TDs and 4 interceptions in 4 appearances for the Eagles.

The reports linking Wentz to a move away have died down in recent weeks. But he could still secure a move to either Frank Reich’s Indianapolis Colts or NFC North franchise Chicago Bears in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, Sirianni and Hurts can signal the start of a new era in Philly. The pair will look to redeem their franchise and aim for the NFC East crown in 2021.
