The two teams for the Super Bowl are locked in. The Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs will be going at it. WIth these two teams, there quarterbacks, Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes will face off.  It seems that the two quarterbacks will be making history during the Super Bowl. Furthermore, they have led their teams to this point with brilliant efforts. It also seems like both the QBs are ready to face each other.

Hurts voiced out his readiness to play against the Chiefs and Mahomes. He spoke about the kind of impact a game like this will have and how he is getting ready for it.

Jalen Hurts on playing in the Super Bowl

Hurts has spoken about playing against Mahomes in the Super Bowl. He acknowledged the historic moment of two black quarterbacks against each other for the first time in the history of the Super Bowl.

Hurts acknowledged his competition. He said, “I think it’s history. I think it’s something that’s worthy of being noted,” via Fox 43. While Hurts had a humble response, the Philly QB has been playing extremely well for his team. Furthermore, even Hurts’ teammates went on to endorse the QB for the effect he has on the team.

Praise for Hurts from his teammates

It seems like while Hurts might be a humble player, his teammates take pride in his ability on the field. Several of his teammates have endorsed the brilliance of Jalen Hurts. Among the praise he received, the highest came from his own defensive end, Brandon Graham. Graham showed his appreciation for his QB. He said, “I appreciate him because of all the things that he had to overcome this year. You didn’t see him get rattled not one time. Man, I’m going to fight for a guy like that every time.” It seems like Hurts has garnered the admiration of his players with just his demeanour as a player.

It seems like the Philly QB has garnered an immense amount of support from his teammates. Furthermore, the QB has maintained a respectful stance on the upcoming Super Bowl competition. It only remains to be seen how Hurts will perform against Mahomes and the Chiefs.
