Terrific Tom really earned his title on Christmas. Tom Brady led his Buccaneers to an absolutely nerve-wracking overtime win against the Arizona Cardinals. Brady brought it late in the game with some brilliant moves that pushed the game into overtime. California Cool certainly kept his cool while he led his team to a Christmas Day win.
However, not everyone seems to think that Brady’s Bucs winning the game was a good thing at all. In fact, several NFL fans have it in for the Bucs and Brady. There were a lot of slanderous comments, and a lot of shade being thrown at the star quarterback.

After his seemingly clutch performance in the game against the Cardinals, Brady earned some major flak from fans on Twitter. Fans were downright outrageous in their reaction against the star quarterback’s last-minute comeback that puys them on the top of the NFC South.

There were fans who were claiming that the game was rigged.

However, there were some fans who stood in support of Brady.

Slander bit aside, Brady ended up winning a game that has put the Bucs at the top of their table with an unequivocal title. The Bucs are now the only team on the top of the NFC South table. The catalyst for this was the game against the Cardinals. Slander doesn’t change the fact that they won. However, this is not the first time the team has faced slander like this.

Brady: The slander target
Although Brady received a lot of negative comments from fans, this isn’t the first time he has been the target of some harsh words. There was an incident a few days ago, wherein Brady and his Bucs were indirectly slandered by Peyton Manning. Brady slander is evidently not a new thing.
Brady seems to be pulling in the clutch for his team, and there are fans who are questioning it. Regardless, Tom Brady might be in the playoffs picture and there is no denying it. The only question that remains is are the doubts raised by the fans valid.
