The world celebrated Mental Health Awareness day on October 10. A topic very prevalent and important in today’s day and age. Talking about his own struggles on and off the field, Tom Brady has opened up on how he deals with all the stress.

On his ‘Let’s Go’ podcast on Monday. The 7-time Super Bowl champion answered a question by co-host Jim Gray. On the day of spreading awareness about mental health. Tom Brady shed some light on his personal experience in dealing with stress. “It is obviously a challenge for me,” Replied Brady.

Tom Brady on dealing with pressure

The quarterback opened up about all sorts of stress that one goes through. The worries about your children and then about your parents. Meanwhile, dealing with one’s own struggles. The trick Tom Brady discloses is to find a way to relieve yourself of these mental strains in a way that you don’t inflict too much damage on yourself.

As per the player, you have to place yourself in a situation where you put less stress upon yourself and also be good for those around you. “We’re not immune to a lot of the things that just life brings us, so you know we’re not robots. You know you wake up every day trying to the best you can do.”
