Rob Gronkowski loves to throw a party, even while living a retired life. And an occasion like the Super Bowl is a perfect excuse to do just that. The NFL world is getting ready for the biggest event in the United States sporting calendar. And here is how Gronkowski plans to party as Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes chase Super Bowl glory.

The Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. And the whole fanbase is doing its bit to make the big day extra special.

Super Bowl party, the Rob Gronkowski way

Four-time Super Bowl champion Rob Gronkowski has always been a party animal. He will host ‘Gronk Beach’, a beach-themed music festival in Pheonix on Saturday ahead of the Super Bowl LVII clash. The party hosted by the ‘MVP of fun’ will have breathtaking performances by various artists like 21 Savage and Diplo.

Gronk has previously hosted similar parties in Miami and Las Vegas. But this one will be a little different. It also features a celebrity Volleyball pool contest. Sounds like Gronkesque fun.

“This event brings a whole other dynamic to going to a party. Anyone can go to a party in their basement like high school or college style. But as you get older, you like the theme party now. You like walking in, seeing the beach, seeing the volleyball going on, seeing the stage. It’s like seventh heaven,” Gronkowski said, via The Press of Atlantic City.

Gronk is not alone on the Super Bowl party bandwagon. NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal will also hold a bash a day before the legendary tight end’s extravaganza. Shaq’s Fun House is a carnival-themed party and will also take place in Phoenix on Friday.

A little further away from all this, two of the best young quarterbacks will lock horns for the ultimate football game on Sunday. Jalen Hurts of the Eagles and Patrick Mahomes of the Chiefs will square off to take the Vince Lombardi Trophy home.

This year’s Super Bowl clash will go down in history books even before the first snap of the game. Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes are the first pair of black quarterbacks to face each other in the football finale. Both are the frontrunners in the MVP race this season after a stellar year. And the Super Bowl glory will be the icing on the cake for both the QBs.

Mahomes will take the field in the big game for the third time in four years while Hurts has reached this stage for the first time. But it is not the only historic storyline on the view that day. The Eagles center Jason Kelce and the Chiefs TE Travis Kelce will be the first pair of brothers to meet in the Super Bowl. Rob Gronkowski has chosen the right time to throw a bash.
