Everybody knows Gisele Bündchen as a private person who is close to her family and keeps her personal life low-key. It is rare for her to speak about what goes on in her daily life. But once she admitted that, despite her best efforts, she didn’t truly love a certain aspect of her life. It was especially something she desired to become for the longest time.

Although a private person, the world-renowned model wrote a memoir, which is in a style of a journal. That memoir offers a sneak peek into the life of the supermodel. In the autobiography, she talked about the events that made her upset, her dream-like wedding, and how her morning routine gets disrupted cause of Tom Brady. But one detail stands out of all.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel discussed motherhood in her book ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life.’ Unfortunately for her, it was a tough phase of her life. She shares two children with her ex-husband, star QB, Vivian Lake, and Benjamin Rein.
Bündchen started by clarifying that she would never change her experience during her journey because her struggles made her who she was.
“When I became a mom, I kind of lost myself. It was like a part of me died,” she wrote. “I’d been this very independent person. It was all about me. But now I had this little being, and I suddenly felt l couldn’t do other things and that was very hard for me. All I ever wanted was to be a mom, but when you’re actually experiencing that, it’s a shock.”

In her memoir, the Brazilian model details how parenting is not a walk in the park. Sometimes it got so difficult that there it brought differences between the now-divorced pair. Since the seven-time Super Bowl-winning QB trains during the offseason as well (from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Gisele Bündchen becomes “overwhelmed and tired, and then you’re not the nicest partner.”
Oftentimes, the couple went through rough patches. Primarily because the 45-year-old Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB never retired, although he did in February 2022. But that does not count as it was for less than two months.
