Tom Brady has recently parted ways with the world of football as a player. But being the king of Super Bowls, his valuable takes on the big game will always be of paramount importance. Recently, he had a say on the ambiguous coaching techniques used by the losing head coach Zac Taylor.

During his recent episode of the Let’s Go! Podcast, host Jim Gray headed the conversation towards the Bengals HC Zac Taylor. He mentioned some of his faulty plays and how towards the end of the game, Taylor didn’t use his prime RB Joe Mixon to run the ball. Tom Brady had a simple reply.

“Sometimes a coach makes a decision, and a player is trying to do the right thing,” Brady said“It doesn’t go well. It’s a team sport. So it’s always easy to second guess as things go on, especially when there’s so many variables to winning games.”

He went on to state that Zac had a great season, and sometimes he might have wished to approach things in a better way, the same goes for Joe Burrow and also the winning side. Brady describes that it’s the beauty of a team sport. If one player performs badly, the other covers up for him and vice versa.

“It’s not golf, it’s not tennis. Takes a lot that goes into winning and losing. And it’s such a team sport,” Brady added. The 44-year-old made such a valid point, he described the sport with his beautiful notions of team spirit. His holistic and inclusive approach has always played a pivotal role in his winning campaigns.

The GOAT has certainly created an unparalleled legacy that will be looked upon by athletes for generations to come. Zac Taylor has done a commendable job in leading his team through to the Super Bowl. And it’s expected that he will continue his long haul next season too, with the likes of his two young offensive prospects, which everyone is familiar with by now.
