Brazilian model Gisele Bündchen previously opened up about living intensely and being present in conversation with Jay Shetty for his podcast ‘On Purpose.’ Bündchen passionately spoke of liberation and conditioning within society, while also discussing all the joys of life.

Bündchen has been making headlines in the recent past. Amid alleged marital issues, the spotlight seems to be on her relationship with her husband Tom Brady. Bündchen and Brady have been married for 13 years, with two children alongside Brady and his ex’s son, Jack.

In a rather deep and philosophical conversation, the model encouraged people to live intensely and be present during experiences.

In a conversation with Shetty, Bündchen said, “There is a process to things and it’s just like everything in life. And when we try to speed up that process that’s when the frustration comes.  We think you know, this is wrong, this is right, I can’t say this, I can’t say that, I only have to act this way otherwise I won’t be accepted, it becomes a prison in a way.”

The model seems to be taking a more open and mindful approach during these allegedly troubling times. Bündchen was seen visiting a spiritual healer, while also spending time with her daughter.

On the other hand, her husband came under heavy criticism for lashing out at his offensive line during a game. Bündchen was also seen commenting on Shetty’s Instagram post on inconsistency in a committed relationship.

In the past, the couple was often seen attending events. Brady’s solo appearance at New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft’s wedding sent the internet into a frenzy. Recently, Brady and Bündchen made an official statement regarding their relationship on Instagram. They have decided to part ways and take a divorce.
