The NFL fans will now witness another seasoned player in the booth. Free agent Richard Sherman is now making his way under Jeff Bezos’ empire. The veteran CB joins the ‘Thursday Night Football’ studio team. Although when the news broke out, fans had some hilarious takes on Sherman joining the broadcast.

Starting this season, Amazon will be the exclusive collaborator for ‘Thursday Night Football’ on Prime video. Uncle Sherman will work alongside Hall of Fame TE Tony Gonzalez as an analyst for TNF’s pre and post-game shows and the network’s halftime show. Moreover, Al Michaels and Kirk Herbstreit will call the games.

Sherman tells NFL Network’s Steve Wyche on Tuesday, mentioning, “I’m still leaving that door open as long as I can. I’m obviously going to keep training and staying in shape, but gotta take the opportunities when they’re there, and this is an amazing opportunity with Amazon, so I couldn’t pass it up. But I’m going to leave that door open. If somebody wants to call late December, and needs some help, I’m happy to help.”
