The Brady power couple has quite a knack for asset acquisitions. They often make such purchases and have a fine sight of such objects. Be it in business ventures or purchasing valuable living spaces. Tom and Gisele have enormous earnings, and their assets only add up to their gigantic net worth.
When Tom Brady had to move to Florida, he saw the urgency to find a new home. Eventually, he moved into the Davis Islands villa built by Yankees Hall of Famer Derek Jeter. The villa was unique but had a problem for Tampa Tom. The QB doesn’t like that people can approach the backside of the mansion from the water.
Brady reveals via CBS Sports, “I forgot people could drive up to your house. Here they can pull right up to the back of the house. Derek did a pretty good job of screening it. I am a little bit of an introvert. I feel like my house is my place. I can relax. When you are outside the house, you understand everything with being me… in the backyard, there’s a lot of boats that have pulled up and people at the front.”

Derek Jeter’s Davis Islands villa is a stunning limestone and granite piece of architecture. Luxurious would be an understatement. It has 22,000 square feet of interior space and an extra 9,000 sq ft of outdoor seating and balconies. The villa is an opulent abode. It includes hand-polished Venetian plaster, solid wood millwork, marble mosaic tiles, silk drapes, and windows overlooking the ocean.
