Antonio Brown is out for two more weeks
Although he looks like a million bucks in the video, the wide receiver is still not cleared to compete. He will be out for the next two Buccaneers games against Atlanta Falcons and Buffalo Bills.
Brown hurt his ankle in the Week 5 fixture with the Miami Dolphins. It is important that he slowly recovers to top form. The Buccaneers will not rush the process, especially since Antonio Brown did not start practice on Wednesday. The injury has kept Brown sidelined for the past 5 games. Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians hoped Antonio would return to action this week, but that is not the case. His long absence is not a good sign for them.

Even though looking in amazing shape in the Twitter video, missing a long time will affect Brown’s performance for sure. He will probably not be playing the next two matches. Brown will be in debate to start when he is cleared. Brown would be eased back into the squad. They do not want to put any pressure on Antonio and his injury.
It is unlikely that Brown will return in top form in his first game. Because sitting out for a long time takes a toll on an athlete’s performance. Brown will probably find his groove soon after a few more appearances. The wide receiver will make touchdowns in no time, as he already seems ready to go.

Rob Gronkowski, Mike Evans, and Chris Godwin have slowed themselves down as well. The offense does not seem to play amazing without their star-wide receiver, but they have held themselves up. The Buccaneers have only lost two games without Brown in the squad. Despite dealing with a few injuries, they are on the top of the NFC South division with an impressive three-game lead. Their record is 8-3. The Buccaneers are a favorite to win the Super Bowl this year.
