The Buffalo Bills crashed out of this year’s divisional round playoff game after a Joe Burrow and Bengals domination. The Bengals took an early 14-point lead in a snow-laden Highmark Stadium, and Josh Allen‘s men just couldn’t find a way back. However, injured Bills linebacker Von Miller thinks they can turn things around next year.
The 2x Super Bowl champion is still proud to be associated with the Buffalo Bills, despite the underwhelming effort on Sunday’s 27-10 loss to Cincinnati. And what makes Von believe even more in the Bills Mafia is the character the team has shown in a year ridden with adversities.

It’s been a really tough year for Buffalo fans and the entire community. Damar Hamlin’s on-field cardiac arrest, multiple major injuries throughout the year, and to top it all off, a paralyzing blizzard getting out of hand for a winter-ready Buffalo. Above 40 people died in the natural calamity that even required a Bills’ home game to shift over to Ford Field because of the snow.

“When you look at what this football team’s been through this whole year… The resiliency of this team…. The ability to compartmentalise and get back to work. I don’t think I’ve ever been part of a team that’s had to deal with so much on and off the football field. Where there’s injuries, there’s a natural disaster….. Super proud of this team. I feel honoured and I feel privileged to be associated with the Buffalo Bills…. Adversity reveals character. And we have some high-character guys,” Von Miller addressed the press conference.
Von Miller cannot wait to get back to Rochester for the preseason to start. And he’s going for his third Super Bowl too.

The former Los Angeles Rams and Denver Broncos outside linebacker came to Rochester at the start of this season. And Von’s aim was to add that third ring to his name. After Peyton Manning and Matthew Stafford, Miller chose Josh Allen as the third QB he wanted to share the Lombardi with.
Sadly, Miller suffered a knee injury in Buffalo’s Thanksgiving clash against the Detroit Lions. Official reports suggested an ACL tear for the host of ‘The VonCast’. Fans were worried that it could have been a career-ending hit for 33-year-old Von. However, the OLB updated the Bills community post-surgery that he will be back next season.
