Gisele Bündchen has taken all by surprise with her fashion comeback after her divorce from the NFL legend Tom Brady. However, her family has always been at the forefront of Gisele’s priorities. However, she has a way to deal with things whether in a personal or professional space. In her memoir, Bündchen talked about her relationship with her sister and what happened when she faced a difficult situation with her. She revealed her formula to heal situations when the going gets tough.
The Brazilian supermodel has always been a master of her thoughts and actions. And she displayed similar composure when she had any disagreements with former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. And she told in her memoir, how she dealt things with her twin sister.

Gisele Bündchen was a master of her emotions
The Bündchens are twins. And Gisele shares a close bond with her sister Patricia. She calls her Pati. However, in her 2018 book, ‘Lessons: My Path To A Meaningful Life’, Gisele details a time when her relationship with her sister was strained and she only had two words to defuse the situation. “I’m sorry,” Gisele had said to Pati.
Yes, things were tense initially. However, Gisele’s self-awareness and good nature finally broke through as the sisters buried the hatchet. And the Brazilian bombshell used the same tactic on her husband Brady.
Tom Brady announced his retirement this year after the false alert retirement last year. And this led to considerable marital tension and ultimately a divorce. However, Gisele always yearned to have a conversation.

Gisele and Brady’s way of dealing with it
The power couple had two kids in their 13-year marriage. And the divorce caused considerable stress for the NFL legend and the fashion icon. However, Gisele’s meditation definitely helped their relationship when the two were together.

And the Patricia incident definitely left its mark as well. “There have been situations since then when I’ve gotten angry, but I’ve mostly learned to pause and reflect before speaking. Tom and I don’t argue much but sometimes when I fell the anger rising in me I become aware of what’s going on,” Gisele wrote in her book.

Instead of having a heated debate, Gisele and Tom would discuss the contentious issue once Bündchen had reflected on it with the necessary perspective. And this maturity was highly observable in their amicable divorce. Gisele also wished Brady after his February 1 retirement. As noted above, a master of her emotion; that’s who Gisele is.
