The former head coach, Jimmy Johnson, who helped the Dallas Cowboys bag two Super Bowl rings, knows his way through training a team. He trained some of the best youngest football players of the Dallas Texas Cowboys like Roger Staubach, Bob Lilly, etc. Along with being the greatest coach, he knows how to handle a bunch. Especially a team of young and underpaid football players that he trained under his reign.

On an appearance on The Herd with Colin Cowherd, the host of the show discussed the Los Angeles Rams, who are coached by Sean McVay. According to Cowherd, the football player in the Rams are the ones who get their money and stay happy. “They don’t have a lot of what I would call like high maintenance guys,” said Colin Cowherd.
Then Johnson explained how there is a significant difference between training young men and veterans in a team. “The second Super Bowl, the youngest team and the lowest paid team, uh and so we were able to deal with you know those young guys… I would scream and holler at them,” and the athletes would not mind. However, the deal with the veteran players is different. They ask various questions to the coaches.

After achieving a national title for the University of Miami, Jimmy Johnson entered the NFL. Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, hired him to save the franchise in 1989. With them, he drove the team to achieve two Super Bowl rings consecutively. He improved the team from 1-15 in his first season to 11-5 in 1991.
The Hall of Famer inductee coach also trained the Miami Dolphins for four seasons. Under the wing of the coach, the Cowboys became the most sought-after franchise in 1992 and 1993. They ruled the Super Bowl twice, claimed NFC Eastern Division titles, and defeated the 49ers in the NFC Championship game and then Buffalo Bills in the Super Bowl.

Johnson departed the Cowboys after he had an impressive 51-37 record, including a 7-1 mark in the postseason. The legendary coach definitely lays miracles on his teams because of which they smash their games!
