This Sunday, Tom Brady and the Bucs will play against the San Francisco 49ers. Notably, this will be only the second time Brady will face the Niners during his 23-year-old career. In a recent interview, he talked about falling in love with football after seeing Joe Montana and the Niners back in the day during his childhood. Before his homecoming, Brady told an interesting story about growing up and his love for different sports other than football.

While talking to the media during a recent press conference, he talked about getting support from his parents and other family members, which helped him immensely to become a football player today. Certainly, his story impressed many fans, as they posted some beautiful comments on social media.

Tom Brady shares some of his childhood stories ahead of facing the Niners

During his recent press conference, Brady talked about loving baseball as a kid. He said, I had so many friends growing up there. Serra was a great baseball school, and I love baseball. I started playing football and fell in love with football because of the camaraderie of it all.”

Brady further said that he was good at golf, ping-pong, darts, and many other sports. However, he was only lacking running and jumping abilities. However, he worked hard on it and is still working hard on it, trying to improve.

The QB said, I tell my kids I wasn’t a great student, I had no interest in school. I was good in sports, I found a good profession for it. I’m lucky to find a lot of people in my life that supported me in my journey and parents were at the top of the list.

Notably, Brady’s contract with the Bucs will end after the end of this season. There were plenty of rumors about him going 49ers because it has been Brady’s favorite team since childhood. However, there was also another rumor about him going back to the Patriots as well. Certainly, it’s in Brady’s hands where he wants to play next season, or he could actually shock everyone and announce his retirement once again.
