Aaron Rodgers talks about his angry spat with HC Matt LaFleur

Notably, Rodgers is one of the most popular and regular guests on McAfee’s show. When he asked Rodgers about the current situation with LaFleur, the 38-year-old quarterback said, I haven’t talked to him… So I have no idea if he being an angry off right now or if he’s in good mood. Mattie (Matt LaFleur) and I talk all the time, and last week we really had a cool moment, conversation back and forth and there was a lot of gratitude shared.

“I was pissed about the calls, I answered honestly and I mean, he was pissed about it too. He actually followed after my press conference and he has been watching. So he had seen what I said, he made a little barb, as I was walking out of it, the green room. We had a couple of laughs, then I told him how much he meant to me, our conversation from Friday, we hugged it out and that was that,” Rodgers further clarified.

Everything worked out in the end

Despite all that, Rodgers found many positives from the game, as they are looking ahead to the season. Currently, the Packers are 4-6 in terms of win-loss record and are currently sitting at the second position in the NFC North division, behind the Vikings. This win was definitely a big confidence boost for them, as they still have a chance to qualify for the playoffs.

After the win against the Cowboys, they have to face the Titans on Thursday night, which will be a massive game for them in this short week.
