“[Stewart] used to say you’re too strong, too fast, and too big,” Diggs reflected. He then spoke at great lengths about his versatility and called him a generational talent. “He’s one of those guys, you know, extremely talented who can play all around the field and just, you know, like really just a generational talent.“

Post Diggs’ statement was aired, Patterson was asked to reflect on Diggs’ comments, and the utility straight up said that he doesn’t believe his friend’s words. “I think he’s just blowing smoke up my a**, man,” Patterson joked. “I appreciate that, man, seriously. …That’s my guy.”
However, the Falcons star later added that his team needs to be cautious of the trickery of Diggs as his liveliness is too tough to confine. “He’s an animal,” Patterson said. “We gotta stop 14.”
Fortunately, the Falcons and Patterson were able to stop the talented WR as he could only haul in 5 of his 9 targets for the win. However, the Falcons still lost the match thanks to a Devin Singletary masterclass.
