Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is trying to motivate his teammates ahead of his debut season in the AFC East division. The superstar wideout’s arrival from the Kansas City Chiefs with other newcomers will be the dawn of a new era for the fans. While it was an unexpected exit from the AFC West division, Hill has set the standard for the Dolphins to aspire to match in 2022.

During the recent episode of the ‘It Needed To Be Said’ podcast, Hill appears to be raising the hype surrounding the Dolphins.

He states, “That 2019 offense with the Chiefs was stupid. When I go out to practice each and every day, like I said, I see the same exact team. I swear. As far explosive, as far as dynamic, we have the same weapons. Maybe even more.

Hill was especially impressed with new head coach Mike McDaniel and his play-calling while admitting it was better than Chiefs coach Andy Reid. The 2019 iteration of the Chiefs was a dominant offensive force that won the 2019 Super Bowl championship. While the Dolphins appear formidable since their 9-8 season in 2021, contention for the AFC East title will be expected.

Can Tyreek Hill fire these Miami Dolphins to something special in 2022?

Hill was part of a Chiefs team in 2019 that ranked 4th in total offensive yardage per game and 2nd in points per game. However, the Chiefs’ offense was led by the phenomenal QB Patrick Mahomes with Travis Kelce as his TE. While the former Chiefs wideout is on cloud nine with the Dolphins, the stark contrast of quality might dampen expectations.
