They say that stars and celebrities don’t really fall for others too quickly. But, it seems one couldn’t ignore the charm of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady. Even for NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley, it didn’t take much time to get attracted to the all-time highest Super Bowl winner.
In a year-old video, where Barckley appeared on the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” show as a guest, he revealed certain unknown facts about his attraction towards Tom Brady. Charles apparently seemed to be embarrassed when he talked to Tom for the first time. And in the process, he thought he figured out what helped the GOAT taste immense success in the NFL. He also spoke about his friendship with the New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.

“Tom Brady scores more because of his charm”
During the interview, uploaded on Youtube, Charles recollected his memory of his first meeting with Brady, who was with the Patriots at that time. The former NBA star said, “I made a mistake, Jimmy. I looked Tom Brady in the eyes. I’m looking at all these guys, then all of a sudden I look at Gronk and then Tom Brady’s like right here. I look him in the eyes, and I said, ‘Damn, you a pretty man’.”
Meanwhile, he also jokingly suggested why Brady was so lethal on the field. Barkley continued, “I can see why he scores all them touchdowns because the defense is looking at his eyes, and they get mesmerized. That Tom Brady, he’s a pretty man y’all. He’s a nice guy too, but man, I can’t look him in the eyes again.”
Speaking about his friendship with Belichick, Charles said “He’s really a great guy. Like I said, I met him when he was coaching the Browns. He’s a great guy. He’s funny when you’re around him and get to know him.”

Charles’ bet against New England Patriots
Barkley also admitted something that might not go well with the Patriots’ fans. He once had bet on the Los Angeles Rams against the New England side at the Super Bowl. However, it turned out a wrong decision since Belichick’s men emerged victorious that night. It was a brave decision to reveal his betting history on a live TV show. His fans would love him for being honest.
