Furthermore, Renz himself speculated on the three choices that the Raiders might be pursuing.

The reporter had mentioned that Rodgers was his top pick. It seems like Renz believes that Rodgers will be reunited with Davante Adams. Interestingly, Adams and Rodgers were a star duo back when Adams played for the Packers. Therefore, a trade for Rodgers is an educated guess by the reporter and several other fans as well.
