There have been plenty of rumors about the Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson leaving the Baltimore team for another team. Earlier, he was using cryptic social media posts to ignore all the rumors about him. Now, it seems like he has lost all sorts of patience regarding all the reports about him, as he recently took to social media and directly talked to his fans, particularly the Ravens fans.
Notably, Jackson has always been honest about his stance, as he never shied away from speaking his mind. Previously, he addressed the fans regarding his injury status last season, when many were blaming him for intentionally sitting out during Ravens’ games. Now, he has done a similar thing, which should give clarity to a lot of his fans.

Earlier, the 26-year-old QB took to Twitter and posted a heartfelt letter to his fans. The tweet says, “I want you all to know not to believe everything you read about me. Let me personally answer your questions in regards to my future plans.“

Later on another Twitter thread, he further talked about a possible trade in the future, which could break plenty of Ravens fans’ hearts. “I had to make a business decision that was best for my family and I. No matter how far I go or where my career takes me, I’ll continue to be close to my fans of Baltimore Flock nation and the entire State of Maryland. You’ll See me again,” he concluded.

Notably, the Ravens picked Jackson in the first round of the 2018 Draft. In his second season, he won the MVP award after a terrific season. However, constant injuries have hampered his career with the Ravens, as many question his durability in the league. After playing five seasons with the Ravens, it seems like he finally decided to move on, as he possibly wrote a farewell message to The Ravens Flock.

It is worth noting that the Ravens put a non-exclusive franchise tag on Jackson. As per recent reports, the Indianapolis Colts could target Jackson if they don’t get a QB in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Notably, they already signed former Eagles QB Gardner Minshew in free agency. In the Draft, they have a 4th overall pick. If they don’t get their desired pick, the Colts will most likely target Jackson. Although the Ravens could match the Colts’ price, it seems like they will most likely let Jackson go and look to build for their future without the former MVP.
