Roger Goodell came to the Cricket Celebration Bowl to support his nephew, Charlton Goodell. He is a sophomore defensive lineman at Jackson State. Charlton is one of Commissioner Goodell’s younger brother’s adopted kids. He spoke about the sophomore defensive lineman — or Charlie, as they address him — with ex-NFL LB Emmanuel Acho. The Commissioner expressed his feelings for his nephew and inquired whether he felt safe outside the building.
