Veteran NFL quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, was at it again as he led the Green Bay Packers to their second consecutive win of the 2020 NFL season. But, he had substantial support from his star running back, Aaron Jones. The 25-year-old was simply unstoppable in the Packers’ first home game of the season at Lambeau Field.
They outplayed NFC North opponents, Detroit Lions, by a 42-21 scoreline. Jones, in particular, was the standout performer on Sunday with some scintillating plays over the course of the game. However, he also grabbed headlines for a rather ‘shady’ reason after the game.

Jones put in a brilliant individual display against the Lions at home. He led the field in rushing (168) and receiving (68) yards. He also had two rushing TDs and one passing TD to his name at the end of the game.
The running back was also in limelight for other reasons apart from his performance on the Packers’ offensive plays.

The third-year player was seen rocking these eccentric shades between plays at the Lambeau Field. In a post-game press meet, Jones revealed that the shades “made him feel invisible.”
The Georgia-born athlete is known for his out-of-the-box fashion statements, something similar to that of New England Patriots quarterback Cam Newton. However, after his brilliant performance in the win over the Lions, Aaron’s on-field goggles will surely be a hit amongst Packers fans.
The Packers now have a 2-0 record and are on track to make the playoffs once again. The Wisconsin-based franchise will next play Drew Brees-led New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome next weekend.
