Skip Bayless recently went public with his opinions on Brady. As playoff season inches closer, the strong-opinioned analyst made his stance clear with his opinions on the veteran quarterback as well as the Buccaneers.

Tom Brady casts a fearful spell

As the NFL playoffs inch closer, Bayless seems to be singing a new tune. Gone are the haughty declaration, and a tame statement is in place. The analyst spoke about Tom Brady’s dominance in the playoffs.

The analyst recently took to his podcast to speak about Brady’s lethality as a QB in the playoffs. He referenced the overtime win against the Cardinals and critiqued the team’s receiving and running. However, Bayless made it clear that he fears for his favorite team, the Cowboys in the playoffs. His exact words were, “Right now, as a Cowboy fan, I feared Tom Brady more than I do the Philadelphia Eagles or the San Francisco 49ers, that is a fact.”

 He made it clear that while he might not be fond of the Bucs, he has a grudging respect for Brady.

Is Skip Brady’s knight in shining armor?

This is not the first time the infamous analyst has spoken highly about Tom Brady. As the Bucs took a crushing defeat against the 49ers back in week 14, Bayless defended the quarterback from the harsh words of Shannon Sharpe. Even then, Bayless maintained the position that Brady would be the kind of player who is able to make insane comebacks. His recent statement only fortifies his previous thoughts.
