However, the thrilling 2015 AFC championship match between Broncos and the Patriots caught much-needed attention where Manning dominated the iconic Brady-Gronkowski duo.
The game was a must-win to qualify for Super Bowl 50. In the nail-biting game, the Patriots were short of a touchdown in the two-point conversion with 17 seconds to go. And before the winning moment would unravel, Manning shared, “I played in Indianapolis and the cameras caught me even thinking, I don’t think you should pray for an outcome of a game, although you know I just prayed Tom maybe not win just one more championship, let me have one shot so in Denver I was playing under my breath.”
