Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are not having the season they might’ve hoped for. The 2021 Super Bowl champions seem like a shadow of their former selves. Currently, although the Buccaneers are at the top of the NFC South, they stand at 4-5.
After scraping by with a victory against the Los Angeles Rams because of a last-minute touchdown, the Bucs broke their three-game losing streak. On the latest episode of his podcast, Brady expressed his view of where the Bucs are at the moment.ADVERTISEMENT

NFL legend criticizes Tom Brady
Undisputed’s Shannon Sharpe had a thing or two to say in response to co-host Skip Bayless. After listening to a snippet of what Brady had to say on his podcast, Bayless suggested that Brady’s wide receivers could call him out on the field if they wanted to. Shannon disagreed because he believes that Bayless and others place Brady on a pedestal.
He said, “See the problem that I have is that you feel that because Tom Brady has won Super Bowls, he’s won seven of them, he’s the GOAT quarterback. I don’t subscribe to that theory.”
Regarding the entitlement bestowed on Brady, Sharpe said, “I don’t care how much you’ve accomplished, it doesn’t give you the right because you are accomplished in one area that I can say whatever I want and it’s okay because I’m accomplished.”
Brady has recently exhibited uncharacteristic behaviour on the field by yelling at his linemen, and visibly reacting to situations in anger.
“And that’s how you and others have built Tom Brady up, is that Tom Brady should be able to correct a receiver, he should be able to yell and scream because he’s so passionate,” Sharpe added
What did Brady say?
On the latest episode of his podcast ‘Let’s Go!’ Tom Brady told Jim Gray that he could live with a drop or a missed block. He also stated that if he threw bad passes or missed his mark, his receivers could live with that.
He believes unforced errors because of poor communication within the team should be eliminated. Brady thinks that being on the same page with the team is the key to winning games.

as of the last few games, it does seem like Brady and his offensive line are far from being on the same page. Their last game saw a lot of slippery hands. In the end, Brady had no choice but to rely on the rookie, Cade Otton to conjure a last-minute save.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will next face the Seattle Seahawks in Germany. Will they be able to pull together a decent offense? Fans will hope Brady and the Bucs, as Brady said, get on the same page and win games.
