The news of superstar wideout Odell Beckham Jr being released from Cleveland Browns dropped like a bomb in the NFL community. However, the team that got excited the most was definitely the Baltimore Ravens. The fans reached out to every authority to get OBJ on their side of the court.
However, the person who got the most requests from the Ravens fan base was the quarterback, Lamar Jackson. The excited twitteratis of the Ravens tried their best to convince the 24-year-old quarterback, but clearly, his hands were tied.

The fans were going back and forth how the wide receiver would or would not be the missing piece of the puzzle for the Ravens. However, disappointing his fans, Lamar finally took to Twitter to express his helplessness in the matter in a funny way.

It would be one heck of a partnership between the two if that ever happens, but unfortunately, the quarterback has no authority to have a say in choosing OBJ. Here is what Lamar Jackson said to his concerned and deeply enthralled fans and members of the media on Twitter.

OBJ in the Baltimore Ravens?
Although the notion of reinforcing the Ravens squad with a beast wide receiver is seemingly very interesting, as the Ravens seem to lack a bit in their receiving game so far this season. And the addition of OBJ would prove to be very valuable to the franchise. It would make Lamar Jackson’s job in slinging the ball easier as well.

However, that seems to be far-fetched as Odell Beckham Jr. has to get past 28 teams before being chosen by the Ravens. As that is how deep they are in the waiver order of teams. However, the ones who do have a chance are the Detroit Lions followed by the Miami Dolphins; the top two teams in the waiver order.

If not, we could see OBJ in a Ravens kit, playing for Bill Belichick, or catching passes from Aaron Rodgers.
