Bruce Arians-led Tampa Bay Buccaneers are on their way to the NFL Playoffs this season. That was the minimum expectation for them since the arrival of the legendary Tom Brady in Florida. The Glazer family-owned Buccaneers franchise made a number of big-name additions over the last 8-9 months.
Apart from Brady, the Bucs have also brought in Leonard Fournette, Rob Gronkowski and Antonio Brown to the NFC South. Brady is said to have played a major role in the acquisitions of Gronk and Brown. In fact, there were rumours that Antonio was living with Tom and his wife Gisele Bundchen at their personal residence in Tampa Bay.
Now it appears the ageing quarterback has done his good friend Antonio another favour over the weekend.

Tom Brady and the Buccaneers ended their season on a high with a 44-27 win over NFC South opponents, Atlanta Falcons. However, one standout stat from the game was the passes thrown to former New England Patriots teammate, Antonio Brown.

The latter needed to catch 11 throws on Sunday to reach 45 for the season and secure a major performance-related bonus which is part of his short-term contract with the Bucs. As per NFL insider Adam Schefter, Brown will receive a cash bonus of around $250,000.t
Tom Brady is in the top-five passing yards list along with the likes of Patrick Mahomes, Deshaun Watson amongst others. The six-time Super Bowl winner has thrown for 4,600+ yards with 40 passing TDs against 12 interceptions this season. Brady and Co. are scheduled to take on NFC East champions, Washington Football Team, in the NFL Playoffs in 2021.
