Aaron Rodgers started the 2020 NFL season with Green Bay Packers like a man on a mission. He was phenomenal in the 34-43 win over NFC North rivals, Minnesota Vikings. The veteran quarterback threw for 364 yards with 4 passing TDs. He continued in the same vein for much throughout the regular season.

After 16 games, the Packers were crowned divisional champions with a 13-3 record securing the top seed in the NFC. Rodgers was later adjudged league MVP after throwing for 4299 yards with a momentous 48 passing TDs against just 5 interceptions.

This was his third NFL MVP win, six years after his previous win in 2014. Aaron Rodgers beat the likes of Patrick Mahomes, Russell Wilson, Josh Allen, and Derrick Henry, to win the coveted title last season.

Since his promotion to starter in 2008, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has established himself as arguably one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever step onto a football field. He led the Wisconsin-based franchise to the Super Bowl XLV title in 2011. In 190 NFL starts, Rodgers boasts a 126−63−1 record.

As seen in the above video, the California-born athlete revealed that a strict workout and a balanced diet, followed by a swift recovery process is what helps him put up some impressive numbers on a weekly basis in the NFL.
Aaron Rodgers added that three main areas of focus during training for a quarterback are the back, core, and legs. He further added that he is not that into cryotherapy as a recovery method. Instead, he undergoes deep tissue massages twice a week in addition to a meditative sleep cycle.

With almost a monk-like mentality and self-control, it’s no surprise that A-Rod was crowned 2020 NFL MVP at the age of 37. Coach Matt LaFleur will hope that his main man will return with a vengeance this summer as the Packers prepare for another post-season run in 2021.
