Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady appears to be someone who is in love with the NFL as he is with his family. The legendary QB will be continuing his close association with the game whenever he decides to retire from playing. Brady will be joining FOX Sports as their lead NFL analyst in one of the most lucrative deals in sports broadcasting history.

While the terms of the the deal remain unknown, they have struck an agreement on a 10-year, $375 million contract. On Tuesday, the news was broken by Fox CEO Lachlan Murdoch during a corporate investor call. Brady will be calling games alongside lead play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt.
He will be working as an “ambassador” for Fox while focussing on “client and promotional initiatives.”

Even the Buccaneers QB took to Twitter to share his excitement about the deal. He also was drawing focus back to the present as another important NFL campaign beckons. He will be entering his 23rd professional season and looking to cap it off with his 8th Super Bowl ring. While he has spent drawing praise from the booth over the years, it will be interesting to see Brady praising.
Tom Brady signs a record deal after years of being underpaid in the NFL
Tom Brady is historically famous for taking paycuts in the NFL. During his time with the New England Patriots, he did not even make half of what he potentially could have if he did not take pay cuts. All was done with the sole goal of winning. But off the field, Tom Brady is a big media star. His value does not curtail someone else’s in this world. So he has already made a record deal without even retiring to join Fox. And this could a sample of Brady’s ventures post his football life.

As far as the football life is concerned, the Buccaneers were an unstoppable force offensively despite missing star WR Chris Godwin through injury. Brady was the centerpiece of the NFC South champions, and his production was timeless in the Super Bowl Run. He led the team to the Divisional Round after a historic regular season.
He ended up recording 5,316 passing yards while resulting in 43 TD passes and 12 INTs.
