If Baltimore does not match the offer, the interested team gets Jackson and gives up its two top picks in this year’s and next year’s drafts.

He also listed teams that have made maneuvers since Lamar Jackson received the non-exclusive franchise tag, including the Seahawks, Giants, Saints, Raiders, Buccaneers, Falcons, and Panthers. Eisen thinks that the chances of these teams making a move for Lamar are slim, especially since some of these teams have already made significant quarterback acquisitions.
