After devoting 16 years of his career to the San Francisco 49ers, they inducted Montana into the NFL hall of fame in 2000. He had this ability to bring his team out of even dire situations. Montana has made the news again, after his special routine during his games has come into light on social media. This has left the NFL world in awe, as this showed the world that for Montana, his wife will always be enough for him.

A call from the sidelines by Joe Montana

In a recent Instagram post by the NFL, it says that Joe Montana used to call his wife from the sideline phone in the middle of games. He would call his wife and say, “Hey, how are you doing?” as he would get ready to go back on the field again. This sweet gesture by Montana goes to show that family is the most precious treasure a man can find. 

This revelation has left fans in awe of the couple. A user by the name marismoreno91 commented, “the way it should be.” Another user by the name texashighs said, “True love”.
