The Tennessee Titans snapped the seven-game winning streak of the Miami Dolphins and with it shattered their hopes to make the playoffs. The Titans thrashed the Dolphins 34-3 Sunday afternoon and with it rose to the No. 1 seed of the AFC. The 11-5 Titans dominated the whole conference, and the fans were excited to see them progress.
Tennessee fans were delighted to see the team dominate the whole play from start to finish. However, what they enjoyed the most was to playfully tease the official who was trying to announce a penalty call, but the stadium was too loud to hear him. Shawn Smith was the head referee during the Tennessee Titans and Miami Dolphins matchup.

Although it was an unconventional way to open a call, that certainly made him a fan favorite in Tennessee. The referee stole the show while the Titans stole the game. It was an unfortunate night for the Dolphins since they had worked their way up to this point but lastly failed to clinch a spot.
