“The thing I like about Roms is that he is a humble kid. With that humility comes a little bit of perspective, which I am going to improve every day. Overall, he is really a great kid. He is big. Am I need to change Dave’s nickname because this kid might be the new baby dragon? He is flying around in the field. We are going to pin our expectations on him,” adds Rodgers.
Aaron Rodgers all game for new rookies
Romeo Doubs is a huge fan of Rodgers and has spoken about how the NFL star has left a great impact on his game. Meanwhile, talking about the rookie players, A-Rod expressed happiness in their improvement after joining the squad. The Packers impact player says any member can approach him and talk about anything, be it personal or professional matter.

“They are rookies, so the expectations will be very low. But I am impressed with the three guys. We are gonna need the players to step up and have a chance. We are also gonna hold each other up and cheer them to take them forward. They have a lot of good questions and they like to improve,” he says.
Meanwhile, the Packers’ side will know that their defense lacked firepower in the last season. As a result, they would want their stars to step up and rise to the occasion as a new NFL season begins in a week’s time.

Rodgers and friendship and A Game
According to AR, friendship and bonding with teammates help to set team unity straight. Interestingly, he initiates one-on-one player conversations and dinner meetings to get to know them better. Team members are given the space to ask about anything, and A-Rod believes a no-holds-barred approach is what he must offer as a senior pro in the squad.
Team members positively received the 38-year-old’s bonhomie tactics. Thus Rodgers continues to get close to team members and play a mentorship-like role, to set them for A Game.
